Sketch designs are proposed to make owners ideas merge into an intergrated concept to suit living requirements.

Resource Management

Where the scheme falls outside the District Plan rules, Resource Consent documentation can be prepared.

Building Consent

Once a concept has been agreed upon, detailed drawings can be prepared to meet Building Code and local Council requirments. Applications are also made for consent.

Consultant Liaison

Outside consultants are engaged as required. This most commonly involves structual engineers and surveyors.

Fire Report

Where necessary (typically for commercial buildings) a fire code assessment can be undertaken to include with the Building Consent application

Construction Observation

During construction we can make visits to the site to see how things are going. Most commonly these are in response to questions from the builder or owner.

Artist Impression

Computer drawn artist impressions of the proposed building can be prepared.
